Happy Thursday...the week is almost over...yay! well I thought I better get a move on my daughter's thank you cards for her party she just had. I finally realized that simple is easier to reproduce...so I made these. I used Kraft and Pink Pirouette CS, the stamp set, punch and embossing folder from SU and my new border punch I received from Joni! I had my daughter write her own thank yous and they are on the way to their owners. I am so glad that I finished these and could cross them off my to do list.
I hope everyone is enjoying their week. I am so glad to have dear friends like you who always stop by and leave me a comment. I am so grateful. I just found out tonight that a classmate of mine just passed away. I am feeling a little down and will have to make a sympathy card. so that was added to my list. Just remember that LIFE is short and make sure you tell everyone that you love them and care. You never know when it will be your last. So to all of you...I ♥ u. thank you for touching my life.

Fun Flowers...

How's your week so far? Hope it's going good for you. I wanted to share with you today some flowers that I have been creating and getting ready for Mother's day. It seems like the holidays just keep coming and coming. I just finished up Easter projects and now it's on to Mother's day projects. I am not sure what I will be putting these flowers on, but I wanted to get a head start. I am using the Bigz L Fun Flowers Die from SU. My BFF just gave it to me for my Easter gift and I thought I better make good use of it! Cami made some very pretty flowers and added tulle to hers. I love how her's turned out. Cupcake Anya...

...3 PANEL CARD...
Hope you all had a blessed Easter weekend! Happy Monday and I have a card to share with you. My daughter was asked to a birthday party such last minute and so I had to whip up a card. She loves purple so I thought, I could do this. I wanted to make a 3 panel card. the card measures 5 1/2" x 12". You score it the long way @ 4" and 8". Here's what the front looks like. I added some flowers and a sentiment.
once you open it you can see that I made an oval opening. I popped her up and made the background to match the opening.

Here's what it looks like once it's fully opened up. I made a pocket and added some more flowers and bling. then in the middle I had my daughter write her message to her friend.

they got to see the movie HOP. I know my daughter had a blast and I hope her friend enjoyed her card and present. Have a good day and thank you for stopping by!

Easter Sale...

to you...Happy Good Friday everyone! I hope everyone is getting ready for Easter. I have one more project to share with you. I used The Greeting Farm set called: Hats Off and colored her with my copics. I blinged her hat, used Kaiser Craft DP - Gypsy Sisters and used my spellbinder oval and lacey ovales to mat my image. I distressed the edges and used Tim Holtz distressed pumice stone ink. I also added some black silk May Arts ribbon and used my whimsy ticket die and treasured moments ticket sentiment set on the petal cone. I used my MS butterfly punch and computer generated "happy Easter" on it.

Well have a BLESSED EASTER!

Origami Baskets...

...FOLDING FUN...
Happy Hump Day everyone. Can you say mass produce?! Easter is coming up this weekend and I decided to make something last minute for my co-ed soccer team and my mom's two groups of friends...which totaled 40! So I had to make something really easy and fun. Well, a few weeks back I got this cute basket from Mama and she showed us a link on how to make these. I wasn't going to do this and then Michelle said it was so easy to make, so I took a whirl at it. it was done in no time! these took 6" x 6" DP.
here's what it looks like once its done. I put some grass and added some yummy chocolate eggs in it. I used whatever brads and ribbon I had to finish it off.

Hello Kitty Easter...

...EASTER FUN...
Are we getting ready for Easter? It's right around the corner and so with that...a friend asked me to make a Hello Kitty Easter card. So I had to dig in the back of my drawer for my Hello Kitty dies and found this bunny ear one. She's so cute! I just bought this new border die from EK success called FLOWER BURST and really wanted to try it out. I used my nesties...gotta love that lacey circles. I added some pink ribbon and used my bow easy and a HK charm from Stamp and Create. If you want to see more charms, check out the Stamp and Create banner I have on my side bar. Thanks!

Product Spotlight...Wags n Whiskers Digis

It's another Monday and today's Product Spotlight at Stamp and Create is Wags n Whiskers Digis. I used Say a Prayer from Wags n Whiskers to decorate this cute little Easter basket. I used Kaiser Craft DP - Lilac Avenue to make the basket. I used the white crocheted ribbon for my handle. I added some flowers, stickles and used my new toy, the ticket die and treasure moment ticket sentiments from Whimsy Stamps. I distressed the edges and used Tim Holtz pumice stone distressed ink .

Because I care...

This will be a short post today. I just wanted to share a card I made for a dear friend. Her mother just passed away and I wanted to send her a card to say that I care and that I am thinking of her. I used the "because I care" set from SU. I added some bling, stickles, my oval and lacey ovales nesties and my dyed seam binding. I cut out the flower and popped it up to give it some dimension.

Easter will be here in no time and I was blessed to get some images from my dear friend Shirley. I wanted to say thank you to her for sharing with me, so I made another shaker book with the images she gave me. I used the Tilda with bunny, used my doily die and some dyed seam binding.
here is what it looks like on the inside. I just received my sentiments from Lili of the Valley and so I wanted to use it with my heart doily. I added the cute Tilda with flower for the inside of my double shaker. I used my new nesties heart circles, added some flowers & a butterfly and I was done!

Easter Magnolias...

...BUNNY-LICIOUS...
Happy Tuesday everyone! I have been motivated by some dear crafting ladies on Facebook to start early on my Easter creations. It really does help when it comes down to it. so I decided to use my XL popcorn box die to make these baskets. I just didn't cut out the lid. I used my MS border punch to make the handle and it's held in place with brads. I have been blessed by a dear friend Shirley who shared some of her cute Easter Magnolias with me and so I decorated these ones with it. I colored them with the new colors from copics. I also used fun flock on the bunnies tails.
here's what it looks like up close. Aren't the just so sweet! I used my new lacey ovales for the frame of my image.

Yes...call me crazy! look at how many I decided to make! I always make for the ladies in the office, the sheriffs, my daughter's teachers and the women on my soccer team. Now you know why it's smart for me to start as soon as possible!

Product Spotlight...Bunnies

Happy Monday! It's another Product Spotlight of the week at Stamp and Create and this week its Bunnies. I decided to use the cute bunny from the Sweet November line called: Baby Bunnies Chick. If you click on the link you can see all the bunnies that are on sale for 25% off. It's a good start to get some before Easter comes =) The challenge this month is making a card, anything but a square, so I used my labels two nesties for this card and I also used my lacey circles too. Birthday Time...

...TAGS OF FUN...

this will be a short post. This weekend will be my daughter's party and so every year I make tags for the kids that come. I decided to make them bigger than the normal size. I figure it can be more fun to use. so I used pretty double sided DP and used my border punch for both the girls and the boys tags. I had to punch my own hole for the loop to go in. then I laminated it. this is what it looks like.

Do the hump...do the humpity hump! haha! It's Wednesday and I have another card to share with you! My daughter's A+ leader got a "real" job so his last day was the end of March and we wanted to thank him for his kindness to Taelyn. I decided to make him a card with the Later Sk8er set from TGF. I used my doily die, labels fifteen, button & dyed seam binding ribbon.
here's what it looks like once you open the card. I tried making my own pop up gift card holder in the middle. It turned out pretty well considering I have no instructions to follow. I used the far east DP and I just bought the lacey ovales too!

then there was a big area so we could write our thank yous. So what are your plans for the weekend? I hope whatever you decide to do that it's filled with lots of fun, laughter and happiness! You all deserve it!

So my sheriff buddy is rotating shifts and is going to Supreme Court for a little while, but I decided to make him a card to cheer him up and let him know that we all care and that he will be back in no time. I used TGF new Creepin Set and his favorite color is black, so I used my pretty DP. I also got new nesties called: heart circles, used black and clear bling and my PTI ribbon. I hope he likes his card.

Here's to another Monday. The Product Spotlight at Stamp and Create is Buttons and we have a new challenge for the month...to make a card other than a square. So I wanted to use my new nesties called: lacey circles and decided to use my cheeky beach girl again. But this time she's just sitting on the wall (that I drew myself) catching the rays. I used my basic grey button for the ball. I added lots of bling and some stickles, colored her with my copics and I am done!
