Trust in the Lord...

***update: the question was asked about the stamp...sorry I usually post that...the stamp is from Verve stamps...they have a few good sentiments/sayings =) hope that helps!
this will be a fast post today...
I found out 2 weeks ago that a really good friend of mine passed away...he was only 37 yrs. old and worked for the Honolulu Fire Department...he graduated from Castle High School and played soccer as an awesome goalie.
I am truly going to miss him and this card is for him... I do believe in this verse: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding" Proverbs 3:5...No matter what may happen, know that the Lord loves you and that he has a purpose for your life. As my dad would say: you may never know WHY but there's always a reason.
have a good day =)

Hi Joy, sorry to hear about your friend. Big Big Hugs!!!! Yes, no matter what, everything happens for a reason... the Lord probably needed him more up there, than we did down here. I am sure he is at peace.

Thank you for the lovely card.

HI Joy,

(((Hugz))) I'm so sorry to hear about your dear friend. This scripture is such a comforting scripture and one of my favorites to lean in times of loss, struggles, sickness and other events where we truly need his strength. I know we may never know the answers to all that happens. I remember my Mom would always say..Only God knows, and she would leave it at that!!
