Last month...at
Teri's class we learned how to make this purse that can carry cards. It looked really hard...but when you actually put it together, it was pretty easy. I was determined to make another one for my mom...but when it was time to get down to it, I couldn't find the instructions! *panic* what to do...then I took the purse that I made at Teri's and started measuring. here's what mine came to be. I altered mine a bit...I made a closed pocket in the front, of course added my flowers and love that crocheted lace. I added that pearl brad and a computer generated sentiment.

once you open it up...it has two pockets where you can add your cards. I decided to make a few for my mom, so that she doesn't have to ask me every time...now she can have a stash =)

here's my first card...I used Izzy from TGF...she's too cute! can't finish the card without my signature...flowers and I also added bling and stickles. I used my cuttlebug embossing folder to do the backgrounds.

here's my second card...I used Madelynn for this one. I am loving all different colors of crocheted lace, this one I added flowers, pearl bling, MS border daisy fan punch and stickles.

here I wanted to make my cards a little more simple...had to add those cute mini prima roses, used SU sentiments and there you go!

I am so glad that my mom loved her gift. I know that it's the thought that counts but I made sure I added some gift cards in the front pocket =)
we are half way through the week! can't wait for another weekend!
