I got to see first hand on how this tri-shutter card was made...I went to Teri's house one weekend and we tried to make a few things...this was one of them! Teri printed out instructions for me because I wanted to make a full front card. This card went to Maria...Stampin' Inspirations for my OCS that Teri...Big Ideas from a Little Girl has every month.
