Masculine Birthday...

...JEREMY...
I still haven't returned from L.A. yet...but I have scheduled my posts for the week. I can't wait to get back and get to check out all your creations, so on to my card.
I couldn't believe that I had 3 birthdays coming up and they were all for MEN! oh man! how do I create masculine ones? well I came up with all 3 in one night...don't know how I did it, but here we go...
I used TGF Jeremy from the roll call kit...my oval nesties & my fleu de lis. I added my black crocheted ribbon, some bling and sparkly DP. He loves to wear black & blue jeans too...so that's why I used those colors. so tell me what you think!

Product Spotlight...Angels or Fairies

...FLUTTER ANYA...

I am not here as I had last minute plans to fly to L.A. and catch a soccer game that my kid will be playing in. I am so excited and hopefully he will be surprised! any whoo...it's another Monday and I have a Product Spotlight to share with you. This week we are using Angels or Fairies on our creations. This month is Breast Cancer Awareness too, so our challenge for this month is to use pink. Stop by Stamp and Create to get 25% off. So, I wanted to make something special for this occasion, so I used my top notes die to create a purse. I used TGF fairy/butterfly called: Flutter Anya. I also found a breast cancer pink ribbon that I could use as well. I used stickles on her wings and in her hair & I also used the circus polka dot ribbon for the handle.
here's what it looks like from the top...I created the box to be 2" x 3". perfect to hold a little gift inside and you can give it away.

Baby Shower Surprise...

We are having a surprise baby shower today...for one of our own from the CT! She's having a boy and so I wanted to make a diaper cake! We went shopping and bought so many different things. I think I really "flooded" the cake...lol! but this was so much fun to make. this is the front...don't you just love the giraffe!

I hope she will be surprised! I will have to post pictures after today...of all the fun we had.
oh and here's the card I made too...I altered Oh boy Ian with Cuddles Anya. Had to figure out how to make a baby boy from this one...used my doily border punch, a few nesties, crocheted ribbon, dew drops and bling.

Wonderful Surprises...

I have been truly blessed by these wonderful ladies I have met through this blog land. I want to thank each of them for thinking of me and that I truly appreciate their friendship. TTT Brads, Bling and Buttons...

Oh my...is it that time again? Yup...time for another Tamiko's Thursday Teasers assignment. This time we are to use 3 different embellishments on our card...Brads, Blings & Buttons! What a fun and challenging assignment this was. I never done this before and so I went for broke! lol! I got to use my new nesties: labels fourteen...crocheted ribbon...a rose, dew drops and my new CC design stamp called: Fiona. Isn't she just too cute! Bugaboo Birthday...

...BIRTHDAY BOY...

Yay! I made it to Hump Day...I have a cute card to share with you. I was invited to a birthday party where a boy was turning 1 and so I thought about using the cute Bugaboo image. I CASED a card that I received from Tammi and used her layout. I had a fun time coloring him and I hope he liked his card!

Altered...

...STELLA...
Happy Friday everyone! it's a furlough for me...but I do have so much to do! any whoo...here's my second card that I made for a dear friend. It's pretty much the same layout, but I just switched sides...I used Stella's face and Megan's body for this one.
here's what my card looks like. Her favorite color is green...so I used all different greens. I colored her with my copics and used many of my favorite things to embellish this card.

Tamiko's Thursday Teaser...Spellbinders

Here's to another Thursday and so that means we have another Tamiko's Teaser for you! The CT is to use any spellbinder on your card. I decided to alter another greeting farm image. This time I used Gigi and Megan. I made this for a dear friend's birthday and she sorta looks like Gigi, so that's why I chose this image. I love to make my creations shimmer and sparkle too. so I sprayed my different mists all over.
I love the color purple and I was lucky that she didn't have a favorite color, so I could use a color I loved. I used my circle nesties for the background of my image and used my embossing folder to give it more design. I got to use my MS flower punch and I used my circle punches, ribbon & sentiment from SU. I added some dew drops...my favorite - flowers and a heart charm.
