You Rock...

I made this card for our soccer team mom...she does so much for all of us and the girls that I had to make a special card just for her. I will have the girls sign it. Today is the last day of the season, so we will be potlucking afterward.
so what would be the perfect image? I say the Rockstar Anya!
I used stickles everywhere! I want her to shine! I even tried to put eye shadow on her =) colored her pink and brown...I don't know what her favorite color is, but you can't go wrong with this color combo!
I used lots of bling...glass dew drops...sizzix dots embossing folder...label one nesties...printed out the DP from designer digitals from Andrea Victoria (I love this paper) and used some pink ribbon. I also used the 1 1/4", 1 3/8" circle punch and the scallop punch from SU.
I wanted to make a shaker box for the outside, but it just didn't fit...so I decided to put it on the inside of the card...and what a perfect saying: "YOU ROCK"! for all that she does by planning the snack schedule, give us updates, plan potlucks and gifts for the girls and the coaches. Thank you Lianne for all your hard work!

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!
thanks for stopping by and leaving me a comment =)
take care!

Tilda with Sunflower...

here's another stamped Tilda image from Teri...I think she's adorable. I made a bookmark for my daughter because she has to read 20 mins. a day and keep a log for school.
I used my copics to color her. I tried my best to use the blender pen and give the blouse a dimension to it....I also put pink heart bling on the corners and used the special DP from Michelle.
here is an upclose picture of her...sorry it came out dark, but using the flash made her too bright and couldn't see her too well. I used stickles all over =)

have a good friday! I'm pretty sure I will!
I'll be sharing some photos of the fun later!

Standing Fall Tilda...

this one will be a short post for today.
here's another Tilda...I asked Teri to stamp some images for me and she was so sweet to do that! I used my copics to color her...added some stickles...used my nesties and printed out the cupcake DP for the background...I got this cute DP from Designer Digitals from Andrea Victoria . I think that Tildas are so sweet. I can't seem to get enough of her!
Hope everyone is having a good Thursday.
one more day to go!

Traveling Tilda...

I love my Tildas and this is my newest one!
I just purchased the Traveling Tilda from Roses on Paper...I also purchased the luggage that goes with her. I love this set! I tried to color the luggage to look like it was worn and used.
I used the curved rectangles nesties and used the new sizzix embossing folder...flowers for the background. I used some pretty DP that I got from Michelle, stickles and my copics! I used my double stick foam tape to pop her off the page...the picture doesn't show it too well.

don't you think she's just too cute?
thanks for stopping by today!

5 1/2" Hello Kitty Face...

I saw Cheryl...Life is Sweet...making a HK pouch/bag as a make n' take. I wanted to make a bag with the HK face and needed it big enough to hold a couple stamps inside. So I am still borrowing Teri...Big Ideas from a Little Girl...her cricut and thought about what I could make with it. here's what I came up with...
I made the cut to be at 5 1/2". I love how it turned out! I made this purse for my daughter! she's going to love it. So those of you who have one, you know how to make it. black and white cardstock and I used SU DP for the bow. I used pink polka dot ribbon for the handles.
here's what it looks like on the inside...I used the easy box tutorial...8 1/2" x 11" DP. I closed it with a velcro dot.
here's a bag I made to give away for Valentine's day...it can fit a couple stamps inside...and maybe a few other things.
this one I tried to make my own box...that was pretty hard to do...as I'm not good with measurements...lol! so I tried it and won't use that again. I had some purely pomegranate satin ribbon for the one handle.

this was so much fun to make! I actually enjoyed making this HK w/ the cricut. I think the bigger the size, the easier it is. the pieces aren't so small.

here we go...have a wonderful SUPERBOWL weekend!
hope your team wins!

Hello Kitty Pail...

I have been blessed to have been able to play with a cricut from Teri...Big Ideas from a Little Girl. Since I borrowed it...I've been playing with it everyday! So I decided to make something for my BFF and share a little Valentine's day gift =)
here's a pail that I bought from J's...I decided to decorate it with the HK heart from Cricut, used Bella Rose DP, made some shrink hearts and ribbon...
here's a side view...I gave some ribbon, fun flock and micro beads.
I decorated the sides with hearts and the top of the tin with the giga scallop circle, mega circle, stamped a sentiment and added a heart.

thanks for stopping by today =)
hope everyone is enjoying their short week!

Geisha Anya...

I went to check out The Greeting Farm (Pink Poison) and found this new digital anya! I thought she was adorable...just like the other ones that I had to get her! So here's what I came up with...
I love my purple and I bought the cardstock from Papertrey Ink called Plum Pudding. I got the washi paper from Creations Unlimited. I bought the micro beads...purple and brown from Cute Stuff and I used the nesties for the rectangle. I also used my cuttlebug stylized flowers for my background. The stamp inside the shaker box is from the clear japanese dolls from Hero Arts.
here's a close up of my geisha anya...I used stickles for her hair and kimono and I put a big purple bling in the middle of her flower. you can see the micro beads too. I used my copics to color her...and there you go!

hope you love this card as much as I do!
thanks for stopping by today.
have a wonderful day =)
